Fiona Lawrie – Director
Fiona has 15 years experience within the recruitment sector and joined the team in 2015. Fiona has a wealth of knowledge in delivering a first class service to clients and candidates and she has worked with organisations across both the Public and Private sector. Fiona is committed to ensuring that candidates receive a positive experience and are placed into roles that are suitably matched to their skills and experience. She is also passionate about building lasting relationships with the many clients she works with and delivering a service that is professional and reliable. Fiona manages the Ailsa Response Team ensuring all aspects of recruitment, compliance and client management are met on a daily basis.
Amanda Wright – Business Manager
Amanda has over 7 years’ experience working within the Care Sector, starting herself as a carer providing support to service users within the community. Amanda joined the team in 2014. Her knowledge of the industry is utilised every day and is instrumental in ensuring that the co-ordination team deliver a first class service to our expanding client base whilst understanding the challenges that care workers face on a daily basis.
Claire Burns – Co-ordinator
Claire has excellent experience within the care sector having worked as a carer for over 5 years. Claire joined the team in 2015 and uses her personal care experience on a day to basis. She fully understands the qualities and skills required within care and this enables her to meet the expectations of our clients and our workforce.
Courtney Tennant – Co-ordinator
Courtney has hands on experience within the care sector having worked for nearly 3 years as a carer. Courtney joined the admin team in 2014 and progressed to the role of co-ordinator in 2015. Her previous care experience allows her to understand the requirements needed in care from both the client and candidates perspective.
Stephanie Rooney – Co-ordinator
Stephanie has excellent care experience having worked within care for over 7 years. With her knowledge of the sector Stephanie was keen to remain within care but move to a role that would allow her to utilise her knowledge, skills and expertise in a different remit. Stephanie joined the team as a co-ordinator in 2016 and her previous care knowledge has proved invaluable.
Karly Stewart – Compliance Administrator
Karly has 8 years administration experience and has spent the last 4 years working within the recruitment industry recruiting for the care sector. Karly has first-hand experience of the challenges of recruitment within care specifically in relation to compliance. With her knowledge and expertise in this area Karly was perfectly placed to take up the position of Compliance Administrator and joined the team in 2015.
Susan Sangster – Resourcer
Susan has a wealth of care experience having worked within the sector for over 5 years. She fully understands what it takes to be the best within care having worked in the community, prison service, private care homes and NHS. Susan joined the team in 2015 and her knowledge of care ensures she sources the most suitably experienced staff for our clients whilst delivering a positive candidate experience to our growing workforce.
Laura Smith – Trainee Resourcer
Laura joined our team in 2016 having worked as a carer for over 2 years. Laura has a passion for providing the highest level of person centred care and she uses her personal experience of care to source only the highest calibre of candidates in the market. Her knowledge of the care industry is invaluable as she understands the demands of the care sector which allows her to build lasting working relationships with our experienced workforce.
